*Student rate applies to full-time students currently enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary program from a degree/diploma granting institute, or individuals participating in a trainee program such as a clinical or postdoctoral fellowship.

Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation notice is received on or before September 1, 2026, a refund will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee.
If cancellation is requested between September 2 and September 10, a 50% administrative fee will apply.
After September 10, no refunds will be issued. However, delegate substitutions will be accepted at no additional charge.
Registrations are transferable free of charge, please notify us of any changes at least 24 hours before the event begins.
Refunds will be processed by cheque following the conclusion of the summit.
All prices and fees are listed in Canadian Dollars.
NO SHOWS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE BILLED IN FULL.
